When will the Beats / Samples be ready for download? As soon as the payment for the product is received, a link to your download will be available immediately after the transaction. An additional download file will be sent to your email with the download link and the license agreement that you’ve chosen. If you aren’t seeing the email within a couple of minutes, then please search inside of your spam/junk folder and mark it as not spam/junk. If it’s still not there, then Contact us on our form. What is the meaning behind Exclusive License? Essentially, when an exclusive license is purchased it prevents Musical Moon from selling that beat to anyone else ever again, from that point onward. Each beat can only be licensed exclusively to one person and the Exclusive License is the only agreement that offers this feature. How much do the Custom Beats Cost? There isn’t a specific amount because every project is different from each other, that’s what makes them unique. To get an estimated quote for your Unique Beats, Samples, Lyrics or Visual Art, send us the details you have in mind on our Contact form. What is the best way to give recognition to a Producer on Musical Moon? Any song or production that you create with a Musical Moon beat, requires you to give credit to the producer who composed that beat. If you have your own way of crediting the producer, then you may make a suggestion on our Contact form. Otherwise, please use one of the following formats to give credit to the producer: “Musicalmoon Producer Mavenaid” “Original Beat by Mavenaid” “A Mavenaid Creation” “Produced by Mavenaid on Musicalmoon” “Beats by Mavenaid” “Prod. by Mavenaid” Be sure to use the appropriate producer title name. Are the voice tags removed from each beat upon purchase? Yes, all voice tags are cleared off of the beat when purchased. The main reason we have voice tags on every beat is for security purposes, which helps prevent unauthorized access to the untagged version of the beat. Every beat gets untagged after a purchase is made. Can I have a refund on a product that I’ve purchased? All products purchased on Musical Moon are non-refundable as digital products cannot be returned. Free Use Information? Do you like one of the beats on Musicalmoon, but can’t afford a license? Well, for individuals like yourself we offer the option that allows you to use the tagged version of our beats for free in your videos and songs, but only if you give credit to the producer (Mavenaid) properly. You can do this by subscribing to our YouTube channel (get updates for new beats and music), and adding a link to our YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/moonofmusicals) in the description of your video/song, and also writing (Beats by Mavenaid / or Prod. by Mavenaid) in the title and description next to the YouTube link. Below is an example of how to assign credit correctly. You must do everything described to use our beats for free: (Your video title) – Beats by Mavenaid (Your video Description) – http://www.youtube.com/moonofmusicals (Prod. by Mavenaid) How can Content Creators use beats? Can I create video content with the beats on Musicalmoon and monetize it? Yes! You can monetize any of your videos with beats on Musicalmoon, as long as the beats used are supporting the video in someway and isn’t the main reason why people are watching it. (You must have your own video content to go with the beat). You must also give credit to the producer (Mavenaid), as described under the “Free Use Information” drop down menu above. How Artists / Singers / Rappers may use Free Beats All of the free beats on Musicalmoon can only be used for non-commercial, non-profitable projects and nothing besides that. The producer (Mavenaid) must also be credited in the title and description (Beats by Mavenaid), which is more clearly described under the “Free Use Information” drop down menu above. Please keep in mind, and remember that before releasing your song, if you plan on making a profit with a beat on Musicalmoon, you must purchase the respective licence that is suitable for you before releasing it. You cannot register your song on BMI/ASCAP/SOCAN or any other Content ID system unless you’ve purchased an exclusive license.
