Masked Beat:
Are you looking for a unique beat, but aren’t sure of how to put it into words or how you want it to actually sound? No worries, because with a Masked Beat we create a completely new and unique beat for you without any information. This is why it’s called a Masked Beat, because you won’t know anything about it until it’s finished, making it a complete surprise! If you’d like, you can give us a general theme of the kind of beat you want customized. When the Masked Beat is all done and you aren’t totally satisfied, we can go back and adjust it to make you happy, because after all it’s your Unique Beat!
Mindful Beat:
Do you have mindful thoughts of how you want your beat timeline to play out from beginning to end? If so, then a Mindful Beat is perfect for you, because you can word out how you want the beat to sound and we’ll bring it alive with the best of our ability. Be as clear as possible when you’re describing what’s in your head, because we believe we’re capable of anything when it comes to music. Under the bold text below are several examples of what you can choose from when describing how you want your Unique Beat. You aren’t limited to these examples, so be as broad as you wish when defining how you want your Mindful Beat to sound!
Send us any hints, ideas, information or samples that you think would assist us in creating what you want to hear in your Mindful Beat, here are some general ideas (Ex. = Example):
-Specific Sounds for the Melody (Ex. Piano, with bells)
-Identify which Sounds you want to be emphasized more in the beat. (Ex. More piano than bells)
-Length you want the track to be. (Ex. 3:21 minutes)
-BPM [Beats Per Minute / Speed of Track] (Ex. 85 BPM)
-Changes in Speed (Slow to Fast/Fast to Slow) or Pitch (High to Low/Low to High) at a specific time interval within the track
-Unique samples that we create ourselves and implement within your beat
-Any effects you’d like (Ex. Reverb, Chorus, Delay, and many others)
-Feel free to indicate anything else that you think is necessary, or helpful
A-Capella Beat:
Do you already have temporary or finished vocals isolated on a digital file? If you do, then we would use it while making your A-Capella Beat! With your vocals we could create the soundtrack around your voice!
-If you have temporary vocals recorded, don’t worry, they don’t need to be perfect, because they will only be used temporarily during the production phase. Then once the instrumental is completed, you can simply rerecord yourself on the official A-Capella Beat and use the enhanced vocals on the finished instrumental specifically designed for you to complete your song!
-If you have the final version of the vocals finished, then we can use them to create a uniquely mixed and mastered song! We’re also capable of cleaning up vocals, if needed, which is basically removing background noise, clipping, static, or unwanted breathing that’s inside of the vocal recording. We will do whatever it takes to make you sound like the star that you are!
How to record an A-Capella?
An easy way to record your vocals beforehand, without a beat, is by using a metronome with your desired BPM (Speed) through a music app on your phone or computer. Another way to do it is by finding an instrumental on YouTube that works well with your lyrics and flow, and then play it while recording yourself on any device you like (make sure you wear headphones, so that the recording only picks up your voice and not the music). If you use a beat on YouTube, then please send us a link to that instrumental so we can identify the BPM used, as it is required to properly sync the A-Capella Beat with your vocals. If you’re trying to create high-quality vocals then you’d likely need to invest into a proper microphone for recording vocals in a studio, or find a recording studio near you that can help you record with their recording equipment.
